WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to our products being handcrafted, items can become contaminated. If you notice signs of contamination or spoilage upon arrival, customers can exchange a defective product to receive the same item or receive a store credit option as long as the product has not been used more than 1/3 through the bottle. Cash and credit refunds will not be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns please contact butteryourbeard@gmail.com or fill out the contact us form below.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders are handcrafted, made to order and uniquely made for you. Rush orders are not currently being accepted at this time.
Once your order has been shipped , you will receive and email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 days, please email us at butteryourbeard@gmail.com or fill out out contact form at the link below.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Onsite purchases can also be made using Apple Pay, and G Pay.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY NATURAL AND HANDCRAFTED?
All of our products are curated with all natural ingredients without preservatives and are cruelty-free. To avoid any adverse reactions please verify the ingredients prior to purchasing. Not only are our products natural but all items are have their own unique recipes that are created and owned by Butter Your Beard made with heart and soul. Because our products are handmade naturally one of the same product won't be identical, but we strive for perfection. So if you notice small variations from the photo rest assured, you will be receiving the same product. All products come with a 6 month expiration date. Please store all products in a cool dry place.
